The project worked to deliver 292 new homes, including maisonettes, apartments and houses. Also construction of facilities to benefit the wider community, including a nursery, a café, a sports centre and pocket allotments. GJS was at hand every step of the way to assist with all required repair works.
Work included damage repairs to external and internal areas to every area of the project, from one bedroom flats to 3 storey townhouses. GJS was able to offer highly skilled technicians, often at short notice, working from the crack of dawn and late into the night to ensure snag lists were completed and handovers of units could be achieved.
GJS encountered all types of repairs on this particular scheme, including large scale repair and re-spray works to external trespa panelling & window frames. Glass polishing was also one of the major requirements on this scheme, with as many as 5 technicians / glass polishers on site full time at certain high pressure periods. Repairs to damaged worktops, repairs to high gloss kitchen units, repairs to baths, repairs to doors, repairs to floors, repairs to ceramic tiles and many more high quality repairs were also undertaken.
GJS Restoration were able to maintain the high quality finish and restore the integrity of the original materials whilst successfully helping the client achieve pressing short-term targets.
